Brief:
LED (Light Emitting Diode)is a diode which emits light as an output when electricity passes through it.

How It works:
When electricity passes through the one end of the diode,it emits light .

Where it has:
LED's are frequently used in Smartphones,bulbs,tube lights,torches,TV's and many more due to its low consumption of electricity.
