TO EACH OTHER AND FLOWING THE CURRENT THROUGH THEM. 


How it works?

Its works with this simple concept.when two different electric charges come close to each other,it gets attracted with one another.if we place an insulator in between them.the charges got stuck and cannot go out of the insulator due to the attraction.this same method is used in capacitors by placing the two different charges and placing the insulator in between them.
